Ilamula House: A bright, sunny, loving environment which provides a home for 20 little girls from the ages of 2-13. We accept girls from a variety of backgrounds but predominantly they are orphaned, abandoned, vulnerable or abused. We also care for children who have HIV/AIDS. All of the children are referred to us by local social workers. For some of the girls Ilamula House will be their ‘forever home’. Others may be placed with us until they are re-homed with extended families or adoptive homes but all carried out with qualified social workers and the courts and with the child’s best interest at heart.
We are a UK Registered Charity (1160321) and also have NPO Status in South Africa (140-472). We are also registered with the Department of Social Development in SA.
The Winnie Mabaso Foundation are delighted to open Ilamula House: a loving environment which will provide a home for 20 little girls from the ages of 2-13.
